The Evangelical Free Church of Erskine (EFCE) is a very active and growing church in east central Alberta ministering to Stettler county and surrounding communities. Our small-town setting allows us to minister to approximately 200 individuals weekly in a family-oriented ministry.

Job description

• The Associate Pastor of EFCE, while contributing to the overall leadership of all ministries will serve as the primary leader for young people, children and their families, of the Church and the families of the surrounding community.
• Full-time

Qualifications

• Full agreement with the Evangelical Free Church’s mission, ethos, and statement of faith
• Appropriate post-secondary education
• Experienced in pastoral ministry

Responsibilities

• To work in conjunction with the Lead Pastor, Elders, staff, and congregation to promote and administer the total program of the Evangelical Free Church of Erskine
