Dear Fellow Erskine Church Member,
Our God is still in control. As you know, the news surrounding Coronavirus has been changing by the minute. In the past few days and hours, many churches have been forced to re-evaluate how, when and if they gather. We at Erskine church are also forced to consider and reconsider these realities. After prayerful consideration, the Pastors, Elders and Deacons of EFCE are recommending that all interpersonal church activities be suspended immediately. The health and safety of our members, staff and community must be a top priority at this time. As a result, we will be suspending all church gatherings until, at least, Sunday April 5th, 2020. Before that date you will be informed as to how we plan to move forward.
Should you wish to discuss this decision or comment on our decision please email pastor Mark at pastortmb@gmail.com. Both, Mark and Austin will be available by phone, text or email during this time and will be willing to meet face to face in cases of urgent matters.
Giving towards the continuing costs of ministry can be done through e-transfer or by dropping off your giving at the accounting office of Leschert and Associates in Stettler.
We will be closely monitoring and continuously evaluating the situation as it unfolds and will be sending updated communications from time to time. Our hope and security in Christ our Savior.
